OUR UNIQUE Recipe
With an unusually high malt content, including aged GlenAllachie and peated Islay single malt, this small batch release has been skilfully assembled by experienced Master Blender Billy Walker.
Cask Make up
Subjected to a dual maturation system, the primary ageing period was split between American oak and Sherry casks. Once blended, the whisky was filled into specially selected Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso and Appalachian virgin oak casks for additional maturation.
