The resulting expression delivers full-bodied whisky with an impeccable balance between honeyed sweetness and subtle peat smoke. We proudly present our 15-year-old at 46% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, ensuring the liquid inside the bottle packs irresistible layers of character and charm.

Nose
Waves of heather honey and butterscotch, followed by orange peel, pineapple, mint and a hint of peat.
Taste
Layers of treacle, heather honey and butterscotch, followed by orange peel, grapefruit and almonds, with mocha, ginger and a light wisp of peaty smoke on the finish.

With an unusually high malt content, including aged GlenAllachie and peated Islay single malt, this small-batch boutique blend has been expertly curated by award-winning whisky maker Billy Walker.
Cask Make up
Undertaking a complex dual maturation system, the whisky began its life in Bourbon and Sherry casks. Once skilfully blended, the spirit was re-racked into specially selected Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso and American virgin oak casks for secondary maturation.
